Study Programs

Oshio College has the copyright, ownership and usage rights of the curriculum and Courses  Oshio college offers Acupuncture Program (3-year), Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Program (4-year), Doctor of TCM Program (5-year), and Traditional Chinese Therapeutic Tui-na Massage Program.  These programs are preparatory study programs to ensure students pass license exams and are fully knowledgeable to practice TCM and manage their business.

ACUPUNCTURE  PROGRAM (3 YEARS)This 3-year acupuncture program consists of 1965 hours and 116 credits in total. Finishing this  program, you are eligible to challenge the Acupuncture licensing examination and practice Acupuncture in BC.

Finishing this program, you are eligible to challenge the TCMP licensing examination and to practice both Acupuncture and Herbal therapies in BC.

DOCTOR of TCM  PROGRAM (5 YEARS) The Doctor of TCM program consists of the study of  4-year TCM Practitioner program and the 5th year study as the following (3420 hours and 193 credits in total). Finishing this program, you are eligible to take the TCM Doctor Licensing Examination and become a Registered “Doctor of  Traditional Chinese Medicine” recognized by the CTCMA, and the Canadian government.
